This Intranet site stores the following information about you:
- Your iSAMS ID (this is a 12-20 character unique identifying number).
- Your school email address.
- Your password, in an encrypted format.
- The initial site generated password, in an encrypted format.
No other data is currently stored by this site, but this privacy notice will be updated if features are added which require data to be stored.
Other data is pulled from iSAMS (academic set/grade data, for example), including personal data where necessary. This data is not stored separately.
Short term session cookies are used for authentication. These expire after 20 minutes of inactivity, when you log out of the site, or when closing the browser.
All passwords are stored using SHA2/512 encryption.
